Darmain comes from a rich and diverse background in legal practice. Having worked for prestigious names such as Zaid Ibrahim & Co and Shook Lin & Bok he has gained a reputation of being able to handle a wide range of issues becoming a one-stop-solution to many businesses. With a base in labour law and commercial litigation, Darmain has since established himself in the field of technology law where, as a certified information privacy manager, he has a focus in data privacy and regulatory models in artificial intelligence. Alongside this practice he routinely advises clients on commercial transactions both locally and within the ASEAN region.

Vijaya Segaran has extensive experience as Counsel In Civil And Commercial Disputes, Appearing In Cases On Contract, Company Law, Contentious Probate, Land Law, Banking, Tort And Insurance.

Vijaya Segaran is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators. He is also an accredited Mediator (LEADR, Australia). He has acted as an Arbitrator and Mediator in a number of disputes and as counsel in arbitration proceedings.
